About Me

Hey, I’m Lisa!

Having personally dealt with the challenges of being both underweight and overweight, I can understand and relate to the struggles many face. I’ve been helping people sculpt their dream bodies, build strength and improve their health for the past 8 years! I work closely to ensure you develop both a strong body and mind as I fully believe a large contributing factor to achieving your dream body, is your mindset!  Not only will I keep you accountable but I will push you to challenge yourself to be the best version of you! I want you to ditch the fad diets, quick fix mindset and focus on creating long-lasting results!

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition – New Zealand

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences, specializing in Food, Nutrition & Health – Switzerland
  • NASM certified personal trainer
  • Group instructor ( zumba, latin dance, circuit training, strength training etc)
  • Latin dance instructor (Sensual Bachata)

What will you get from coaching with me?

Packages

The basic: Fitness programming

  • A 45 minute video consultation call where we clearly set out your goals, and discuss any barriers and challenges you are facing (please book your FREE CONSULTATION here, , this needs to be done before purchasing the package to allow for the most personalized program). You will also receive nutrition guidance to ensure you stay on track!

  • You will receive an individualized training program tailored and adjusted based on your lifestyle, time restrictions, equipment available, injuries etc. to suit your goals
  • Bi-weekly check-in video calls for accountability and progress tracking

The basic + ADVANCED NUTRITION COACHING

In addition to the personalized fitness program from the basic package, here we will also include nutrition coaching.

Nutrition coaching requires you to track your food for 3 full days after our initial consultation (1 hour) where we discuss both your fitness goals and eating habits. This will also include discussions on any underlying health issues such as high blood sugar level, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, high uric acid etc. Once I receive your dietary 3 day report, I will thoroughly analyze your current dietary behavior and nutrition breakdown.
